Working definitions of the terms used on this site. Albanian terms are given in the form the official register itself uses.
- Deklarues
- The public official who filed the declaration.
- Deklarimi i rregullt vjetor
- Annual regular declaration filed by every covered official for the previous calendar year.
- Pasuri e paluajtshme
- Immovable property: real estate, land, buildings.
- Pasuri e luajtshme
- Movable assets valued above € 3,000: vehicles, machinery, artworks, collectibles.
- Aksione
- Corporate shareholdings — equity interests in a company.
- Letra me vlerë
- Securities: stocks, bonds, and similar instruments on public markets.
- Kriptovalutë
- Cryptocurrency holdings.
- Para të gatshme
- Liquid cash: bank accounts, deposits, lent cash.
- Detyrim financiar
- Financial obligation / loan / debt. The register splits this into initial value, remaining balance, and total contracted.
- Pronësia e
- Ownership attribution per line item: declarant, spouse, children, parents, joint.
- Prejardhja e pasurisë
- Origin / source of the asset — purchased, inherited, built, gifted.
- Origjina dhe mënyra e blerjes
- Mechanism of acquisition — cash, mortgage, inheritance transfer.
- Të ardhurat vjetore personale dhe familjare
- Annual personal and family income section of the declaration.
- Unexplained delta
- Change in declared net worth that is not accounted for by cumulative declared net income and declared inheritances / gifts within the observation window.
- Noise threshold
- The minimum size an unexplained delta must reach (€ 20,000 absolute AND 20 % of cumulative net income) before a profile is generated.
- Peer cohort
- The group of other declarants against which an individual is benchmarked — by default the same institution, falling back to the same category.
